About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with licensed therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional function. Your duties will include:
Assisting with patient assessments, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist
Developing and implementing effective treatment plans that promote patient progress and independence
Providing education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for managing daily activities
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Requirements:
