Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician
Experience: 2–4 years verifiable HVAC technician experience
Pay:
$30–$36/hr (depending on experience)
Minimum requirements
You should have:

30+ residential installs led as the primary installer

1,000+ residential service calls conducted
- Install experience can be partially offset if you have 1,500+ solo service calls
- Ability to troubleshoot the majority of service calls without senior help
- Demonstrated ability to sell ethically, not just “run calls”
- We use an ethical, standardized commission plan to ensure customers only buy what they truly need
