Director of Maintenance

Join The Landings of Canton Hills as our Director of Maintenance, where you will lead and oversee all maintenance operations to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities in Canton, GA. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and reliability of our infrastructure while managing a dedicated team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to maximize equipment up-time and performance.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance & housekeeping staff to promote professional growth and high-quality work standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production goals and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex equipment problems.
• Prepare and analyze maintenance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operations.

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Occasional Manager on Duty (MOD) weekend shift, with an exchange day off during the work week

• Leadership role with 24/7 on-call availability for urgent or emergency situations

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Technical certification or degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
