What You’ll Do (Hands-On, Skilled Work) as a Press Brake Operator:
- Set up and operate press brake machinery to produce precision metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with confidence
- Perform detailed inspections using calipers, gauges, and measuring tools
- Adjust machinery to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistent quality
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
- Work with digital systems to access drawings and track jobs
- Safely handle materials during bending and forming processes
- Contribute to a team-focused environment and hit production goals
What Makes You a Strong Fit for the Press Brake Operator position:
- 2+ years of machine operation experience in manufacturing
- Comfortable reading blueprints and working from technical specs
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Experience with press brake or CNC equipment (preferred, not required)
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability
- Reliable, dependable, and ready to work a full shift on your feet
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
