'14;️ Strong customer service and communication skills
'14;️ Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
'14;️ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
'14;️ Basic tools and knowledge of mobile work order systems
'14;️ Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend emergency calls

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues on commercial and multifamily systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Work on water heaters, pumps, sewer systems, fixtures, piping and boilers
- Complete job documentation and communicate findings with customers and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Represent the company professionally while onsite
