Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager ($1,000 Hiring Bonus)

Pay will be determined based on experience.

JOB SUMMARY

The Branch Manager is responsible for the profitability, administration and supervision of branch sales and operations within established policies and guidelines. Creates and fosters a branch culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence, relationship building, and staff professionalism. Leads and develops branch personnel to achieve sales goals and service level standards. Generates defined reports to track actual performance to defined sales and services goals, member satisfaction and new business development. Manages staff to ensure all branch operations are implemented according to company standards, policies, and guidelines.

In addition to the above, the Senior Branch Manager mentors new branch managers may oversee more than one branch while managing risk, performance and sales targets.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Requires a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years underwriting experience; Senior Branch Manager: five (5) years underwriting experience
• Two (2) year supervisory experience

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES

• NLMS
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle

Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
