As a Calibration Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for conducting Bench/Vehicle Evaluations and Software Calibration of Powertrain and Thermal Systems, such as: Transmission System, Electrical Motor Inverter, Battery, Energy Management, Thermal Management System and Cabin Controls This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive systems, contributing to the development of advanced powertrain and thermal management solutions that enhance vehicle efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Bench and Vehicle Evaluations to assess system performance and identify calibration opportunities.
- Perform Software Calibration of Powertrain and Thermal Systems, including Transmission Systems, Electrical Motor Inverters, Batteries, Energy Management, Thermal Management Systems, and Cabin Controls.
- Support various aspects of Vehicle and Powertrain Controller Software Calibration Development.
- Plan calibration activities and vehicle evaluations to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Set up and maintain calibration tools and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure calibration processes align with project requirements and technical standards.
- Document calibration procedures, results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage calibration projects within predefined budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience
- Proven experience in vehicle or powertrain calibration, preferably in an automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of powertrain systems, thermal management, and vehicle control modules.
- Proficiency with calibration tools and software such as INCA, CANape, or similar.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan and organize calibration activities effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
