B2B Outside Sales Representative

First Generation Sales, Inc. is hiring an ambitious, competitive B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Metro Atlanta team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our business, taking to the field to meet face-to-face with local business leaders, generate revenue, and expand our client footprint.

We don't expect you to have a decade of sales experience on day one; we provide full, hands-on field training. What we do require is grit, professional pride, and a drive to develop into a future manager within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Territory Management: Conduct daily B2B outside sales visits to business owners across assigned Metro Atlanta territories.
• Pipeline Creation & Closing: Prospect local decision-makers, present tailored client solutions, and close new business opportunities on the spot.
• Relationship Building: Serve as the trusted face of our clients, establishing immediate rapport and maintaining long-term business partnerships.
• Daily Skill Workshops: Participate in morning team huddles, sales strategy breakdowns, and continuous leadership training.
• Performance Tracking: Set and surpass weekly outreach and sales milestones alongside supportive team leaders.

Qualifications

• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working actively in the field.
• Strong interpersonal communication and quick rapport-building skills.
• Resilient mindset—ability to handle objections professionally and stay focused on the target.
• Coachable attitude with an eagerness to master modern B2B sales methodologies.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or field sales is a plus, but not required (complete training provided).
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area daily.
