About the Role:
Position: Part-Time Pulmonologist – Post-Acute Care (San Antonio Region)CardioRenal Vision is an established, physician-led post-acute practice specializing in Pulmonology, Cardiology, and Nephrology care for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonologist to join our growing team in the San Antonio region on a part-time basis.
This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful specialty care to a medically complex and underserved patient population while working within a collaborative, team-based environment.
Position Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and collaboration with experienced Nurse Practitioners caring for sub-acute and long-term care patients
- Conduct onsite visits within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
- Support development of individualized pulmonary care plans
- Participate in a physician-led, multidisciplinary care model focused on improving outcomes and reducing hospitalizations
- Approximately 5 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Strong administrative and clinical support
- Established referral network and patient base
