Right now we are actively hiring a Lead Occupational Therapist! Our co-founder and clinical director is handing off her full caseload so she can focus on growing the practice, and being more available to the team, which means you'd step into a full caseload from day one and be the face of our field team. If you're an OT ready to take on leadership, mentor other clinicians, and help shape how a growing company delivers care, there's room for you to build something here, and have very significant relations and impacts on little kiddos' lives.

The details: $110K–$130K DOE, salaried W-2 with benefits, and a full caseload waiting for you from day one. No months of building from zero. We keep caseloads sustainable and cluster them geographically, so you're not spending your life on the road.
