Compensation is based on your commercial insurance experience, with first-year earnings starting at $60,000, plus bonus opportunities.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, providing prompt, professional service.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other policy servicing requests.
- Prepare certificates of insurance (COIs), quotes, and other policy-related documentation.
- Assist clients with coverage questions, billing inquiries, and day-to-day account servicing.
- Build strong client relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities and recommending additional coverage when appropriate.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members to ensure timely, accurate service.
- Maintain accurate client records while helping deliver an outstanding client experience that supports long-term retention.
- Active California Property Casualty License required.
- Prior insurance agency experience required (personal or commercial lines).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently, while also enjoying being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up.
- Exceptional business writing and editing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
