Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-time or Part-Time:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
New Patterns ABA is seeking to grow our team as we expand our services in the Richmond area. We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with flexible hours that work around you and your client's schedules.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed
• Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses
• Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary
• Providing training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies
• Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach
• Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Our BCBAs have autonomy and flexibility, while we provide supportive staff who are ready to listen and provide the necessary resources for our providers and clients to be effective in their roles. This position is primarily based in Richmond, VA, with limited drive time around the greater Richmond area.
COMPETITIVE PAY
