What You’ll Be Doing

As a Busser at Gersi RVA, your responsibilities will include:
- Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a seamless dining flow.
- Assisting servers with delivering food and drinks to tables when needed.
- Ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
- Supporting the team in maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.
