Outside Sales Rep (B2B) $80K$130K+ Year 1 | Uncapped Commission | High-Demand Service
Territory: South San Francisco Monterey | Field-Based

What Youll Earn
- $80,000$130,000+ in Year 1 (base + uncapped commission)
- Our current salesperson made over $130k last year in their first full year.
- Bonuses for hitting targets

What Youll Be Doing
- Prospecting daily (in-person) at warehouses, industrial parks & construction sites
- Finding businesses using large roll-off dumpsters (2040 yard)
- Pitching a clear cost-saving solution (this isnt a nice-to-have)
- Running quick on-site evaluations and demos
- Closing deals and building long-term accounts
- Owning your territory and pipeline
