What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Help maintain the appearance of the property and common areas.
• Participate in a fair, rotating on-call schedule with minimal after-hours emergency calls.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to our residents.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.
