Maintenance Technician - Handyman
Location: Traveling between Cincinnati & Hamilton
Pay: $20-$23 Based on experience
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Handyman to maintain multiple properties located between Cincinnati and Hamilton. This role involves traveling between 4 office buildings and 5 sober living homes to ensure all locations are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate has basic maintenance and lawncare knowledge, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in their work!

The ideal candidate has basic maintenance and lawncare knowledge, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in their work!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties
- Travel between job sites on a consistent basis
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
- Handle basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep
- Handle lawncare such as mowing and weed eating
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Communicate effectively regarding completed work and any outstanding issues
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required for travel between locations)
- Ownership of basic hand tools required; power tools are a plus
- Prior maintenance experience required - HVAC experience is a PLUS
- Experience with hand and power tools, drywall, painting, measure tape, lawn equipment
- Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
- Basic electrical and plumbing experience preferred
