Lender Partnerships Manager (Business Development)

Max Cash
Scottsdale, AZ, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description
Description:

Tradition Media Group LLC (DBA MaxCash.com) — Oakbrook Terrace, IL (hybrid, 3 days onsite) $80,000–$105,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE $115,000–$150,000

MaxCash.com connects consumers with lenders. Our affiliate partners bring us the consumers — this role brings us the lenders. You'll grow and manage our lender network: recruiting new lending partners, negotiating what we get paid per lead, and closing the coverage gaps that cost us revenue — the states where we're thin, the credit tiers with no buyer, the products we can't monetize today.

This is a revenue role with a direct line to the P&L.

What you'll do

  • Identify, pitch, and sign new lending partners — direct lenders, marketplaces, and aggregators
  • Own the full BD cycle: prospecting through contracting and launch
  • Negotiate pricing, caps, filters, and terms; renegotiate as performance shifts
  • Serve as the relationship owner for existing lending partners
  • Manage ping-tree and waterfall positioning to maximize revenue per lead
  • Monitor acceptance rates, return rates, fill rates, and payment reliability
  • Verify lender licensing and compliance by state
  • Report on revenue per lead and margin by partner and segment

What you bring

  • 3–5 years in business development, partnerships, or account management
  • Consumer lending, financial services, or lead generation background — you know how a lender values a lead
  • A track record of sourcing and closing new partners, not just maintaining them
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Comfort building and defending a coverage gap analysis in a spreadsheet
  • Existing lending-space relationships and ping-tree familiarity are a plus

Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision. Up to 20 days PTO plus paid holidays. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Oakbrook Terrace office.

To apply: Send your resume and a few sentences about a partner you signed — who they were, what you negotiated, and what it was worth

Tradition Media Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
