Section Leader

SECTION LEADER

We are seeking qualified individuals for the position of Section Leader to join our team at our Princeton, MN location.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assigning operators to workstations
• Training of new operators.
• Production quality checks.
• Providing breaks to operators, and other related duties.
• Position requires excellent attendance, job performance and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of basic inspection devices such as calipers, micrometers, and height gage preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding a plus, but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Quality inspection: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:

• In person-Princeton, MN location

Shifts Include:

2nd shift -3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

3rd shift - 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

*Eligible for shift differential on top of base wage*
