Bookkeeper/ Controller

Green Oasis has been helping companies and designers bring nature indoors with interior plants, live plant walls, and preserved moss walls since 2008. In the past few years, we have seen strong growth and are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage our financial data. Job roles would include:

• Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
• Handle the billing process to our large construction clients
• Processing payments.
• Process payroll and administer human resource duties.
• Conducting daily banking activities
• Producing various financial reports
• Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statement
• Produce cash flow statements and forecasts
  

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and Quickbooks Online
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Process payroll and administer human resource duties.
• Training and Experience in Employment Law
• Willingness to live the Green Oasis Creed while at work.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Customer-centric mindset

Work location is: Mid-Central San Antonio (981 Isom Rd, San Antonio TX 78216). Salary depends on qualifications. Full-time benefits include 80 Hours of PTO, Health Insurance, Employee Matching Retirement Savings (Simple IRA), Company-wide bonus program.
