EEG Technician – Day Shift
Seeking an experienced EEG Technician to perform, coordinate, and monitor neurodiagnostic testing for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality diagnostic care while following established neurodiagnostic standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of neurodiagnostic/EEG experience.
- Successful completion of EEG training under the supervision of a qualified technician.
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NICU EEG experience.
- ABRET certification.
Responsibilities:
- Perform EEG and other neurodiagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Prepare, operate, and maintain diagnostic equipment.
- Obtain patient medical histories relevant to testing.
- Communicate test completion and preliminary findings to the ordering physician.
- Provide care tailored to patients of all ages while maintaining quality and safety standards.
