80 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Queens is looking for a full time MDS Coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations, overseeing all care plans, care plan meetings and assessments of residents. Candidate will need to ensure accurate completion and timely submission of all MDS's.
