Responsibilities:

• Provide information and referrals to residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients in a positive and service-oriented manner

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Perform basic clerical tasks, including typing, filing, and light bookkeeping

• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions

• Maintain a pleasant nature and willingness to work with the elderly

• Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public

• Help with resident activites when needed
