Juniper Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant communication with customers on open projects
• Enter sales orders after customer sign-offs and purchase customer items when needed
• Sending and monitoring invoices to ensure payment is received prior to install
• Assist with sales duties, phone calls, and customer service duties as needed
• Work with Install Leads, warehouse personnel and customers to schedule installs and maintain communication to minimize preventable reschedules
• Ensure project information is updated live and updates occur and that it is accessible by all pertinent team members
• Work collaboratively with cross functional team members in various departments for customer success
• Continuously review, analyze and recommend to Client Experience Manager changes and enhancements to improve operating efficiencies and business expansion
