What You'll Do

As a Groundskeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the curb appeal and overall appearance of our beautiful apartment community by:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds
• Picking up trash and debris throughout the property daily
• Cleaning breezeways, parking areas, amenity spaces, and pool areas
• Assisting with apartment turns and preparing common areas for new residents
• Performing light painting, pressure washing, and general exterior maintenance
• Supporting landscaping efforts, including blowing, watering, and seasonal upkeep
• Identifying and reporting safety concerns or maintenance issues
• Assisting the maintenance team with additional projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or apartment community experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in property management
