Certifed Nursing Assistant

Casa de Ramana located in Framingham is looking for C.N.A.'s to join our team. You would be joining a well established team.

Part Time Wages range from $21.50 to $28.50 (Shift Differential included)

Differentials range from $2.50 to $3.50

  • Per-diem rate - $25.00

  • Sign on Bonus - $1500.00 (prorated for part time)

High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalency

EXPERIENCE

1 year experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts. Must be able to read, write and understand English. Other languages are helpful.

  • Has basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS

  • Provides care to residents as directed by the licensed nurses and as outlined in the plan of care.

  • Assists residents with activities of daily living and/or provide all necessary care for residents who are dependent.

  • Communicates with the licensed nurses by receiving report at the beginning of assigned shift and providing report on care activities at the end of the shift.

  • Provides care to residents in a manner that promotes as much individual independence as possible. This includes walking, transfer assistance, range of motion, eating, bathing, dressing and bed mobility.

  • Demonstrates resident population-specific knowledge when providing care in areas such as subacute, dementia, and residents with multiple disabilities.

  • All Casa staff members must be in compliance with the Department of Health's COVID-19 Up to Date Vaccination Guidance.
