Reno Staffing is building an ongoing pipeline of dependable, detailoriented candidates for future Pick/Pack openings at Lawson Products. These roles support a clean, organized warehouse environment and focus on accuracy, teamwork, and steady workflow.
Please Note: Lawson is not onboarding new starts at this time, but we are actively gathering highquality candidates now so we can reach out immediately when hiring resumes.

Summary:
Pull and pack orders. Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

- Pulls, packs and loads product based on orders
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks)
- Receive, stock and stack products
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency Scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You must have a high school diploma or GED or at least one year of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift, bend and stack product
- Willing to conform to change
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand written and verbal instruction
