Leasing Professional

Responsibilites:

• Responsible for Leasing Apartments within the Fair Housing Guidelines

• Responsible for working towards leasing goals set in place for the property

• Insures that models are presentable daily and vacant units are rent ready

• Answers phone in a courteous manner

• Enters all Prospect information into Property Boss

• Screens all applicants through Online Screening

• Verifies all Rental and Employment History of Applicants

• Remains consistent in carrying out Capital Assets Rental Criteria with all Prospects

• Establishes rapport with each prospective resident

• Presents property and apartment homes in a manner consistent with company policy

• Follow up on all un‐leased traffic

• Prepare Lease Packets

• Reviews Move In Packets with all new residents

• Assists in collection of rent and other monies due when needed

• Assist in Move In – Move Out Procedures when needed

• Prepares Work Order Requests through Property Boss as needed

• Demonstrates a Positive, Team Player Attitude and delivers 100% Customer Service at all times

• Assists On‐Site Staff when needed

• Follows through on all assignments given from the Property Manager

• Attends Leasing Seminars provided by Capital Assets or other Industry Organizations when necessary

• Maintains Key Control according to Capital Assets Company Policy

• Utilized the Time Keeping System that is in place for Capital Assets

• Follows all company policies in place by Capital Assets

Qualifications:

• Have a High School Education

• Have good communication skills

• Posses the ability to multi‐task

• Have good grammar skills, a pleasant voice and I am detail oriented

• Have the ability to interact with a wide range of people

• Perform in a courteous manner when working under pressure

• Have a positive and confident attitude

• Have the ability to follow directions given by the Property Manager or other Managerial Staff

• Computer literate

• A Go‐Getter!

• Have the ability to set goals and work hard towards achieving them
