Front Desk Client Care Specialist - Evenings and Saturdays

Business Hours: Mon 9:00-3:00, Tues thru Fri 9:00-7:00, Sat 9:00-5:00

Evenings and Saturdays are required, approx. 25 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with genuine warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out, setting the tone for a relaxing experience
• Schedule and coordinate appointments seamlessly using our advanced booking system
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members—whether by phone, email, text, or in person
• Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming to ensure smooth daily operations
• Share details about our services, packages, and promotions to help clients make the most of their visit
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns with grace, speed, and professionalism
• Support housekeeping with laundry and tea service prep to maintain our signature Wingate ambiance

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and polished communication skills that make clients feel welcome and cared for
• At least 1 year of customer service experience—bonus points if you’ve thrived in a fast-paced, client-facing role
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail—you keep things running smoothly
• Confident with computers and a quick-learner when it comes to new systems and tools
• Reliable availability for evening shifts and Saturdays—this is essential to support our busiest times
