What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel by organizing, maintaining, and managing legal documents, files, and records to ensure accurate and efficient access to critical information
- Assist with the identification, collection, and review of contracts and related legal documents across various business functions
- Develop and maintain a centralized contract database, capturing key contract details including terms, obligations, renewal dates, expiration timelines, and other relevant information
- Support contract management initiatives by ensuring records are organized, updated, and maintained in alignment with internal processes
- Assist with a variety of legal and administrative projects, including document preparation, research, tracking, and other duties as needed to support the legal team’s objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and manage digital records efficiently
- Experience with legal document management systems, such as Xakia, is a plus
- Prior legal, contract, or administrative experience preferred but not required
