Responsibilities
- Monitor critically ill patients in the ICU, including hemodynamic status and neuro status
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage IV therapies and equipment
- Operate and supervise ventilators, arterial lines, and other critical devices as directed
- Interpret monitors, respond to emergencies, and implement escalation procedures with the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and ancillary staff to develop and adjust care plans
- Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record and communicate patient updates to families as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (Georgia) or eligibility for licensure
- ICU nursing experience or recent ICU exposure in a high-acuity setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (days) in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Travel assignment eligibility and willingness to relocate or reside 80+ miles from the assignment location
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
