Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to equipment, fixtures, and furniture

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues

• Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans

• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and complete tasks accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks as needed

Requirements:

• No experience necessary; training provided

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
