Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a customer service-focused per diem Patient Transporter to join our healthcare team. The Patient Transporter is responsible for the safe, friendly, and expeditious transport of patients and supplies to and from locations throughout the hospital campus. You will create a safe environment by operating and maintaining various types of patient transport devices such as beds, wheelchairs, and support equipment. What you'll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider required or obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Must stay current in knowledge base and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements

Schedule: Per Diem; 0-16 hours/week; Day Shift (0900-1930)
