POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Spa Therapist delivers exceptional massage and wellness services while helping maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming spa environment. This role supports daily guest needs, works with the Front Office and Experience teams, and contributes to the overall Sorrel River Ranch experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide massage and wellness treatments that meet Sorrel standards.

• Keep the spa clean, organized, stocked, and always guest‑ready.

• Model excellent guest service and proper treatment protocols.

• Stay knowledgeable about spa services and products; support fellow therapists.

• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.

• Conduct daily spa checks and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.

• Manage linens, towels, and back‑of‑house inventory.

• Support upkeep of spa spaces and communicate maintenance needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Licensed Massage Therapist with at least two years of experience.

• Additional wellness skills preferred.

• Strong communication, flexibility, and guest‑service mindset.

• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, growing environment.

• Hospitality experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ ABILITY TO:

• Lift 50+ lbs.

• Perform 4–6 massages per day.

• Bend, kneel, reach, and move comfortably.

• Clear verbal communication and normal hearing ability.

• Visual accuracy for detailed work.

• Comfortable with moderate noise levels.
