Baker
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our Production Team!
Ideally, this candidate would be well versed in commercial baking and/or have some culinary skill set.
Responsibilities of a Baker:
%CF; Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen station.
%CF; Preparing workstations for baking.
%CF; Using and maintaining kitchen equipment.
%CF; Checking the quality of the ingredients and upholding Brand Standards.
%CF; Preparing baking ingredients using the necessary tools/resources.
%CF; Baking various pastry products, including cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies and other desserts.
Requirements:
- Open Availability Preferred
- Prior baking experience (professional or at home)
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment
- Skilled in various cooking techniques
- Know and follow sanitation procedures
- Showcase teamwork and communication skill
- Showcase great organizational skills
- Able to multitask and act quickly
