As an employee-owned petroleum distribution company, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping customers, solving problems, and providing TOCS - Totally Outrageous Customer Service. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Process customer orders, purchase orders, backorders, and billing requests.
• Serve as a key link between customers and teams such as Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Procurement.
  
• Support customer account maintenance, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
• Assist with administrative tasks and customer outreach.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
• Commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.
