Inside Sales Representative

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and finding solutions? We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in a growing company.

In this role, you'll work with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, recommend the right products, and provide outstanding service. If you're a great communicator who enjoys learning new things, we'll provide the training you need to become a product expert.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Learn about our products and confidently recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to ensure an excellent experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
• Conduct virtual product presentations when needed.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Keep customer information up to date using our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, account management, or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable learning new products and explaining them to customers.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
