Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates from various job board accounts, LinkedIn, and social media channels
- Conduct phone pre-screen interviews to assess skills, interest, and fit
- Schedule formal interviews with the District Recruiting Manager and prepare candidates for next steps
- Manage the recruiting pipeline inside our CRM
- Follow up consistently to keep candidates engaged and active
- Keep clean notes and accurate status updates so nothing falls through
- Help evolve our recruiting outreach, messaging, and engagement tactics
Requirements
- Prior recruiting or sales experience preferred, but not required if you have the drive and can communicate well
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable learning software and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks at once without getting lost
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with the team
- Professional and responsive behavior with candidates
- You show up, follow up, and keep momentum moving
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not required
