Warehouse Support Technician

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all products are properly stored, handled, and shipped in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or food and beverage

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management system
• Ensure timely delivery of products to our customers by preparing orders for shipment
• Assist with receiving and storing incoming products in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Skills:

In this role, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the accurate processing of orders and timely delivery of products to our customers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in working closely with our warehouse team to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Additionally, your experience with warehouse management systems and forklift certification will be beneficial in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.
