We are seeking a Competency Advisor to support employee training and competency programs. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Training Coordinator, Learning Specialist, Instructor, Teacher, or in employee development.
The position is a combination of data analysis and coaching, requiring someone who can interpret training data, communicate findings to management, and support ongoing employee development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update competency records and training materials
- Monitor and analyze training effectiveness
- Support competency assessments and evaluations
- Coordinate training schedules and provide administrative support
- Analyze data and communicate results to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Assist with continuous improvement of training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in training, learning and development, education, or employee development
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (100% On-Site)
