Fortitude Roofing is hiring an experienced Roofing Sales Representative for a full-time, outside sales role serving Shallotte, NC and South Brunswick County.

This position is ideal for professionals with residential roofing or home service sales experience who are looking for long-term growth with a high-performing roofing company. Roofing Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Generate and close residential roofing sales in the Shallotte and South Brunswick County area

• Perform roof inspections and evaluate storm, wind, and age-related damage

• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claim processes

• Prepare accurate roofing estimates, proposals, and scopes of work

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity through the sales process

• Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure project success

• Represent Fortitude Roofing with professionalism, transparency, and accountability

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of home service or roofing sales experience (required)

• Strong understanding of residential roofing systems

• Experience with insurance claims and storm restoration is a plus

• Proven ability to close sales and manage a pipeline

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based compensation

• $120,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE) for qualified performers
