We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team for a client in the Paducah area. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, handle payments, make collection calls, and foster positive customer relationships. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are experienced with Microsoft Office, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Take payments and handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collections: Make collection calls and work with customers to resolve account issues.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as documenting customer interactions and updating accounts.
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism.
- Competitive pay starting at $15 per hour.
- Full-time hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
