Home Care Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Fort Worth, Hurst, North Richland Hills and Alliance to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a CNA or relevant caregiving experience
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility
- Background check and valid driver’s license required

Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving preferred
- Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Must receive a TB test or Chest X-Ray
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check, including an arrest record and report
- Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week
