Still Waters Lakefront Resort is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our Resort Maintenance Team! This is a full-time, year round position. Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings. Must have a proven ability to deliver kind, courteous and professional communication to anyone at all times. Service industry experience is not a requirement but highly valued!Great Starting Wage! Water testing and more technical activities related to Boilers, Elevators and HVAC operations. This position requires employee to be available nights and weekends.Qualifications and SkillsQUALIFICATIONS*High School Diploma or Equivalent.*Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following trades:HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.*Experience with general carpentry, small appliance repair or boiler operations a plus.*Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel/Lodging/Apartment maintenance.*Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
