Outsides Sales Representative

We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. $118,000 - $137,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

Qualifications:

• We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma
• You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
• CRM experience preferred
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
