Certified Dietary Manager

Responsibilities:

• Will manage the dietary department, ensuring compliance for dietary standards and with federal, state and county regulations.
• Plan, develop and monitor the nutritional needs and program for our residents.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to address the dietary needs of our residents.
• Manage and train the dietary staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure that food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling and storage practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• Required to have a current Certification for Dietary Manager.
• Strong leadership experience and organizational skills in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility is required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines is required.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and patient families.

Salary and Benefits :

• Competitive salary range from $35.00 - $45.00
