We are currently looking for a highly motivated and professional Residential Roofing Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team.

Position Overview:

This is not a typical sales role.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performance sales team, driving revenue, and helping scale the company. This role combines leadership, direct sales, recruiting, lead generation, and strategic planning.

You will play a key role in building team culture, increasing production, and ensuring consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of roofing sales representatives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to create a high-performance culture
• Set, track, and enforce KPIs (appointments, demos, closes, revenue)
• Achieve both personal and team sales targets
• Lead from the front by closing deals when needed
• Generate your own leads through canvassing, networking, referrals, and other proven methods
• Train and coach the team on how to consistently generate their own leads (door knocking, referrals, partnerships, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, accountability, and motivation
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper lead management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business
• Work with leadership to scale sales performance and market share

Qualifications:

• Proven success in sales with leadership or management experience
• Strong background in residential roofing sales highly preferred
• Proven experience generating your own leads (not just working company-provided leads)
• Ability to teach and develop others in lead generation and closing skills
• Experience as a roofer or roofing foreman is a plus
• Experience recruiting and building a team is highly valued
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
• Results-driven mindset (not task-driven)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
