Citiscape at Essen in Baton Rouge, LA is actively seeking a HVAC certified Maintenance Tech to join our dynamic team.
Duties:
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
- Previous related multi-family/apartment experience a plus
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- HVAC certification is REQUIRED!!!
