Repair Technician (Indianapolis)
Job Description
As a Repair Technician at Anderson Process, you’ll play a critical role in restoring and maintaining fluid handling equipment. You’ll be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, reassembling, and testing pumps and systems sent in for repair.
This hands-on role also includes troubleshooting mechanical and system issues, performing on-site service, and ensuring all repairs meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble pumps and related equipment.
• Diagnose failures, identify necessary repairs, source parts, and document work in the electronic repair log.
• Perform on-site repairs, installations, and system startups at customer locations.
• Use digital tools to research parts, review schematics, and access technical manuals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support team success.
Required Qualifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience servicing equipment at customer sites.
• Background in pump or hydraulic system repair.
• Associate degree in a related technical field.
Physical Requirements
• Lift and carry 50–75 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Frequently twist, bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and forearm movements.
