Representante de Ventas

We are Para la Naturaleza, a nonprofit environmental organization based in Puerto Rico and we are looking for a candidate to join our team! Our Sales Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to promptly respond to their requests regarding information on products and services, reservations and collection. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving customers visiting the location, processing orders from both locations (online and physical), logging into the retail and online sales system on a daily basis to check for orders entered, and processing orders at moment, pack them, take them to the mail for shipment, among other duties.

Seeking candidates for the East Area (Fajardo). We have one (1) full time regular job opportunity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or university credits in Business Administration, Communications or similar, preferably from an accredited University.
• Two (2) years of experience in functions related to customer service, product/service orientation, sales, and cash management.
• Knowledge of computer programs: Internet, Windows, MAC OS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, CRM and POS.
• Good interpersonal and people skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal - English and Spanish
• Teamwork oriented
• Availability and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and travel within or outside of Puerto Rico.
• Puerto Rico driver’s license
