Position Objective:
Responsible for providing a professional and efficient reception experience for drivers and visitors at the facility, while supporting the Customs department with the preparation and processing of In-Bond entries (Form 7512).
Position Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

3 years

Job Responsibility Description
Main Activities

Greet and check in drivers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

Verify driver documentation (ID, license, carrier paperwork) and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed.

Coordinate with yard/operations personnel to communicate driver arrivals and facilitate timely dispatch.

Maintain visitor/driver logs (IReceptionist) and ensure accurate recordkeeping of daily traffic.

Keep the front desk/reception area organized and presentable.

Assist in the preparation and processing of In-Bond entries (Form 7512) under the guidance of the Customs department.

Gather, organize, and verify supporting documentation needed for customs entries.
8
Maintain organized digital and physical files of customs documentation for audit readiness.
9
Escalate discrepancies or compliance concerns to the Customs Coordinator in a timely manner.
